The woman is Raisa Bogatyryova - leader of Party of Regions faction in the parliament.

thanks for the info. I'll try and learn more about Ukrainian politics. Perhaps it might be helpful to have a little info page which explains briefly how many parties there are and who are their heads and what their political leanings are. Just for people like myself who need to know a bit more about Ukrainian politics for business purposes but have little time to look it up.
