Bezsmertny wants to change the date of elections-2006

Vice-prime minister of Ukraine on the questions of administrative-territorial reform Roman Bezsmertny wants to transfer elections in local authorities on autumn 2006 year. About it he declared today on a press-conference in Kiev.

According to him, "during simultaneous elections we lose many representatives of elite. It is necessary to give it a chance: did not get in Verhovna Rada – make attempt on local elections", "UNIAN" informs.

Besides, he marked that if parliamentary elections and elections in local councils are hold simultaneously a lot of "inadequate persons can get in local authorities".
