Piskun promises almost $1 000 000 for help in "Gongadze’s case"


For help in clearance of journalist George Gongadze’s murder a sum is appointed in size of 5 million gryvnas (that makes almost $1 million).

General Prosecutor of Ukraine Svyatoslav Piskun reported about it.

General prosecutor appealed for help to former officials of Ministry of Internal Affairs, Office of Public Prosecutor and special service, which retired, but can help in investigation of crime. He reported also, that one of the retired servicemen already co-operated with investigation.

As reported before, he also had promised the "absolute guarantee of inviolability" to those officials of law-enforcement agencies which have something to reveal to investigation.
