"Tent town case" has been postponed again

Legal investigation on the suit of Kiev city state administration (KCSA) against "Ukraine regions Youth union" concerning the tent town settlement in Mariinsky Park, organized as a protest action against closing of NTN channel, has been postponed to April 20.

KCSA’s claim was given on April 15, and the court meeting was set on Monday, April 18, which violates the right on five-day term for preparation of both sides to case examining. In this connection, "Ukraine regions Youth union" applied for postponing the court meeting. The court granted the request and postponed the meeting to April 20, the advocate of "Ukraine regions Youth union", Elena Lukash, reported to ForUm.
