The President of Ukraine withdraws his signature under the Memorandum on Mutual Understanding between Power and Opposition

Coming out in the special session of the government, Victor Yushchenko announced that withdrew his signature under the Memorandum signed together with the leader of Party of Regions Victor Yanukovich.

He motivated his decision by the fact that the Party of the Regions violated its obligations stated in the Memorandum by voting for the dismissal of the Cabinet.
