Ukraine to reform Racket Forces

Ukraine plans to reform the Racket Forces, which are presently a structural part of the Land Forces, as announced Defense Minister of Ukraine, Anatoly Hrytsenko, during his business trip to Khmelnitsky region on Thursday.

According to him, Ukraine has space technologies and the capability to produce tactical rockets which would operate within the ranges stipulated in the relevant international agreements.

"It is the type of weapon that can serve as a deterrent," said the Minister.

According to him, the relevant program will be developed over the next few years.
