President Yushchenko vetoes law on state purchases

President Victor Yushchenko vetoed a Law on Changes to the Law on State Purchases of Goods, Works, and Services and Other Legal Acts of Ukraine, which had been approved on December 15, 2005, and delegated Economy Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk to present his remarks at a plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada.
