Ukrainians to vote even on board ships


The Central Election Commission has permitted district election commissions that are based on 151 ships to print ballot papers for the parliamentary vote on their own, OSCE reported.
 
The permission to print ballot papers concerns ships setting sail before March 22. The CEC granted permission to 8 ships of territorial constituency No.138 in Illichivsk, Odesa region, 91 ships of territorial constituency No.141 in Izmail, Odesa region, and 18 ships of constituency No.225 in Sevastopol. In addition, the CEC also authorized 34 ship-based commissions of territorial constituency No.48 in Mariupol to print ballot papers.
