Ministry for family, youth and sport affairs holds an action "To the work by bicycle"

The action “To the work by bicycle” has started today in Kyiv with the support of Ministry for family, youth and sport affairs.

According to organizers, the main aim of the action is not only to improve cities’ ecology, but also to make bicycles an ordinary transport.

A bicycle is a wonderful mode of transport, by which it is possible to get to any place including work. According to the deputy minister Myroslav Dutchak, it is necessary to build corresponding routes and parking in public places.

“There are also should be bicycle lease stations,” added Dutchak.

The deputy minister expressed a hope that this action would become All-Ukrainian the next year, and Ministry for family, youth and sport would assist with it.
