Pinzenyk told when Ukrainians would get lost savings

Payments to depositors of Saving bank (Sberbank) of the former USSR are planned to be returned in three days after registration in the list of depositors. Payments are going to be made by means of transfer of money to current or deposit account of the depositors.

Finance Minister of Ukraine Viktor Pinzenyk said that today during the meeting with chairman of “State saving bank of Ukraine” Anatoly Huley.

According to Pinzenyk, the hot line for information support of Saving bank of USSR has already started working. People can get information concerning return of lost savings via phone 8-800-501-34-10.

Funds for return of lost savings are foreseen by the State budget 2008.

As a reminder, since today formation of list of “Saving bank” (Sberbank of USSR) is started.
