Russian Foreign Ministry is irritated by films translation into Ukrainian

Foreign Ministry of Russia criticizes decision of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine on necessity to duplicate or subtitle foreign films including Russian films into Ukrainian language. It is said in comments of Russian Foreign Ministry press office concerning CCU decision.

According to Foreign Ministry of Russia, such decision on subtitle or dub of foreign films (including Russian ones) proves unwillingness of Ukrainian power to fulfill international obligations. It violates and discredit rights of national minorities.

As a reminder, since December 24, 2007 all foreign films must be duplicated, dubbed or subtitled only in Ukrainian language.
