Yushchenko hurries Tymoshenko for deposits return

President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko insists on every depositor of USSR Saving bank to get first compensation from the state budget within first two-three months of 2008. Head of President’s Secretariat Viktor Baloha informs today.

“This first tranche of responsible power must be given to all depositors as soon as possible. Cabinet and “Oshchadbank” must arrange everything in such a way that people to get lost savings without queues and chaos,” Baloha said.

At the same time Baloha warned on possible inflation. It is necessary to do everything properly in order this compensation in amount of milliards hryvnyas not to cause inflation processes. According to him, process of payments should not contribute to negative factors of pressure on economy.
