Yushchenko called PR upon constructive activity

President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko called Party of Regions to submit its propositions on candidature of representatives of National constitutional council within 2-3 days.

“It is very principle for me that opposition to participate actively,” Yushchenko said today during the meeting with leaders of political parties and VRU chairman.

PR leader Viktor Yanukovych explained reasons why his political force refrained from submission of candidatures to National constitutional council. According to him, at first it was necessary to hold a meeting, to advise and then the President must issue a decree or take a decision. That’s why we did not submit our candidatures until the meeting.
