UEFA to deprive Ukraine of Euro-2012?


Ukraine and Poland cant delay preparation for Euro-2012, the UEFA President Michel Platini stated.

According to official web-site of UEFA, Platini called governments of Ukraine and Poland to mobilize their efforts in preparation for Euro-2012 in order to avoid critical slump.

“I feel that next four –six months will be extremely important in order to avoid any critical slumps in sports and public infrastructure projects and to protect the global credibility of the Euro project itself,” it is said in Platini’s statement.

According to Platini, two countries have new governments. They must work effectively at every aspect of preparation, beginning with stadiums, roads and airports.
