Tymoshenko to reconsider functioning of local authorities

Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko intends to change relations between local and central power at the same time preserving balance of power branches. She informed that today in scope of the meeting with representatives of association of minor cities of Ukraine, the ForUm's correspondnet informs.

“I have definite intention and the government has politically wish to change relations of local self-government and central power,” Tymoshenko said.

At the same time Tymoshenko noted that change of relations between local and central power will be carried out within preserving balance of power branches.

Tymoshenko informed that now working group for development of conception of local self-government functioning is being formed.
