President sent letter to PM

President Viktor Yushchenko has written a letter today to Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko. President’s press office reports.

In his letter the President drew Prime Minister’s attention to problems with completing the Republican hospital construction in Kyiv.

The construction of the hospital began in 1990, but so far only 60 to 70% of works have been completed. In 2002 building works were brought to a halt and were not resumed ever since.

Regarding that the President asked the Prime Minister to study possibility of either renewing the construction or handing administration of the hospital’s territory over to Kyiv local authorities provided the construction works are finished as soon as possible.
