Yushchenko to dismiss parliament in 30 days?

Since today counting of 30-day term has started when the President can dismiss the VRU in case the VRU does not hold its sessions.

The People’s deputy from OU-PSD faction Roman Zvarych said that today having noted that he informed representatives of the opposition about it, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.

According to Zvarych, representatives of oppositional factions noted that President has no right to dismiss the parliament during one year after elections.

Zvarych also noted that in case of early elections coalition will get more seats in the parliament.

Some experts also consider that in case of early elections BYuT will benefit, especially after Tymoshenko started realizing her promise to return lost savings of depositors of former USSR Sberbank.
