Ohryzko: Ukraine in NATO will not be threat for Russia

Foreign Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Ohryzko has assured once more that Ukraine will not be a threat for Russia, in case joining NATO.

“There is no and there will be no threat for Russia from the territory of Ukraine,” Ohryzko stated at the briefing on Thursday in Kyiv, commenting on the statement of Russian President Vladimir Putin on possible retarget of rockets at Ukraine, in case of NATO military bases placement on its territory.

Ohryzko has reminded that the Ukrainian Constitution foresees that “on its territory foreign military bases can’t be placed”.
