Rudkovsky is freed from pre-trial imprisonment

The court of Appeals of Kyiv has taken a decision to cancel the resolution of the Kyiv Pechersk court concerning the detention of former Minister of Transport and Communications Mykola Rudkovsky and took a decision to free him on the condition of written cognizance not to leave.

Such decision was taken at today’s sitting of the court.
