Yushchenko approved composition of National Constitutional Council

President Viktor Yushchenko approved a list of staff members for National Constitutional Council.

The corresponding Decree of the Head of the State comes into force from the day of its publication, President’s press office reports.

By the Decree “On the composition of the National Constitutional Council” from February 18, 2008 Yushchenko approved the personal composition of the NCC, 97 people in number.

According to the Decree, President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko is the chairman of the National Constitutional Council. The Secretary of the NCC is the deputy head of the President’s Secretariat, representative of the President in the Constitutional Council of Ukraine, Maryna Stavniychuk.
