Baloha criticise government of Tymoshenko

The government doesn’t want to increase budget expenses on Armed Forces of Ukraine, head of the President’s Secretariat Viktor Baloha states.

According to Baloha, that’s why the final transfer of the Armed Forces to the contract basis,  increase of fighting efficiency of the army, solution of sharp social problems of military men can become the tasks of inaccessibility in future.

The head of the President’s Secretariat informed that President Viktor Yushchenko in his letter to Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko from February 21 had stated about actual removal of the government from many important problems.

The head of the Secretariat has noted that transfer of the army to the professional basis and increase of its fighting efficiency remains the tasks, which President of Ukraine tries to solve personally.
