Yanukovych has left for Brussels

Leader of the Party of Regions Viktor Yanukovych has left today for Brussels. The aim of his visit is an attempt to convince the NATO leadership that majority of Ukrainians doesn’t support Ukraine’s joining the alliance.

As earlier reported, NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer hasn’t introduced changes into his working schedule so that to meet leader of the Ukrainian parliamentary opposition Viktor Yanukovych.
