State Property Fund to sell "UkrTeleCom"

The State Property Fund will hold a competition to sell 67.7% of shares of the "UkrTeleCom" Jsc., the SPF's press service informed.

As many as 25%+ shares will belong to the state.

The terms of sale will be passed by the government in early March.

The "UkrTeleCom" will be privatized in 2008 in accordance with the government's decision.

"UkrTeleCom" Jsc. is Ukrainian monopolist government-owned telephone company.
