Yushchenko to visit Great Britain

President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko in near future will pay an official visit to the Great Britain. It was discussed during the meeting of Foreign Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Ohryzko with David Miliband, State Secretary for Foreign Affairs of the Great Britain , which took place on March 11.

As the press service of the Foreign Ministry informs, Ohryzko informed Miliband on inner political situation in Ukraine and told about negotiations between Ukraine and the EU concerning preparation of the Strengthen Agreement.

Also, the two sides paid attention to the aspects of Ukraine’s joining NATO Membership Action Plan. Foreign Minister of Ukraine expressed gratitude to State Secretary Miliband for consecutive support of the Great Britain to Euro Atlantic aspirations of Ukraine.

Foreign Minister of Ukraine invited Secretary Miliband to visit Ukraine. The invitation was accepted with gratitude.
