Yushchenko liquidated Chamber of Tender

President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko signed a decree on liquidation of Chamber of Tender.

“Today the President has signed a decree which was adopted by the parliament last week on cancellation of Chamber of Tender,” Ihor Pukshyn, deputy head of President’s Secretariat said today at the briefing in Kyiv, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.

He noted that due to principal position of the President, People’s deputies adopted that draft law.

As a reminder, on March 20, People’s deputies adopted a draft law that canceled law on state purchases. 440 out of 446 People’s deputies voted for that law.
