Yushchenko to reform local governments

President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko states about the necessity to reform organs of local governments. As ForUm’s correspondent reports from Livadia, the President stated at the sitting of the council on cooperation of State power and local governments.

“I’m sure that within the framework of work of the council on cooperation of State power and local governments we must develop a plan of reforming of local governments,” the President emphasized.

He has noted that this work must be carried out with joint efforts of all organs of power with active support of the parliament.
