EU is not ready to accept Ukraine


The European Council is not ready to consider a question on Ukraine’s joining EU. Head of the Commission on Foreign Affairs of the European parliament, Yatsek Saryush-Volsky said.

The politician noted that there is no mutual consent among members the European Council.

At the same time he paid attention that new members of the European Union support Ukraine’s joining the organization. “New members of the EU, as Poland and Lithuania, stand up to propose Ukraine a prospective of membership,” Saryush-Volsky reminded.
