Yushchenko charged prosecutor general against NCRE

President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko charged the general prosecutor of Ukraine Oleksandr Medvedko to verify the legality of the fee for connection to electricity networks, imposed by the National electro-energy regulations commission.

On Thursday, July 3, during the forum “Power and business – partners”, the President said that the fee was imposed by the ruling of NCRE on July 19, 2007. The Prosecutor General’s Office must verify the fee in 7 days, as UNIAN reports.

“I am sure you will abolish it (ruling of NCRE, ed.),” said the President.
