BYuT applies to Constitutional court

The BYuT has applied to the Constitutional court concerning official explanation of article 102 of the law on elections. MP from the BYuT Andriy Portnov informed. According to him, 50 members of the faction signed this application.

We want the Constitutional court to explain in what way the district elections commissions are formed. We do not understand what the President wrote in his decree concerning the colaition and opposition. So until the Constitutional court explains it to us, personally I do not see any reasons for early elections," he said.
